To the Non- Union Man

What kind of a workingman are you? Do you believe in the union of your trade? Or do you prefer not to join it, as part of the fruits of its efforts are likely to come your way anyhow? Or do you think that by not joining it you are likely to curry favor with your boss and hold onto your job?
