Larry Fritts
The Business Manager has control and supervision over the daily affairs and business operations of Local 32. He represents ALL Local 32 members and Bargaining Units in his day to day contact with the public and employers.
  • Lead Negotiator for most of Local 32's Large Units

  • Health and Welfare Trust- Trustee, Secretary
  • Supplemental Pension Trust- Trustee, Secretary

Larry Fritts is a Journeyman Plumber. He has been a staff member since June, 1995, and Business Manager since July, 2006 and a UA Member since April of 1983.
Business Agent/Assistant Business Manager
Randy Scott

Randy is a Journeyman Steamfitter and is the Business Agent for the Steamfitters. He has been a staff member since 1995 and a UA member since 1982. Randy and his wife Kathi have three sons, David, Mitchell and Mathew.

Steve is a Journeyman Plumber and a member of Local 32 since 1979. Steve has been on staff since March, 2006.

Marty Yellam

Marty represents Local 32 Members at the following employers:

Marty participates in the following organizations:

Marty is a Journeyman Metal Trades Pipefitter and Journeyman Water Utility Worker. He has been on staff since 2001 and a UA Member since 1980. Marty and his wife Liz have 2 children, son Michael and daughter Jamie.

Jeff Owen

Jeff Represents Local 32 Members at the following employers:

Jeff has been on staff since September, 1995 and has been a UA Member since 1991.

Dispatcher and Inside Business Agent
Dan Jensen

Dan is our inside Agent/Dispatcher. Dan is a Journeyman Plumber and has been on staff since June, 2007. He has been a Local 32 member since 1993.

Business Agent
Erik Pound

Erik is our Refrigeration Business Agent. He is a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and has been a U.A. member since 1980. Erik joined the staff in August, 2007.

Business Agent/Organizer
Leo T.(Buster) Ercanbrack

Buster works out of our Wenatchee office as Local 32's representative for Chelan, Okanogan, and 1/2 of Douglas, Clallum, and Jefferson Counties. He has been on staff since February, 2002 and works as the Dispatcher, Business Agent, and Organizer for these areas.

Buster is a Steamfitter and has been a UA member since 1974. He and his wife, Sheryl, have a son, Trey.

Buster has two other sons, Eric, a UA member as well, and Thomas. He also has one grandson, Spencer.

Bruce Kelley

Bruce is a Journeyman HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic as well as a 10 year member of Local 32. Bruce's responsibilities include organizing both plumbing and refrigeration personnel and contractors.

Organizer
Mike Harding

Mike's primary responsibilities are for organizing HVAC Contractors, HVAC, & R Technicians and overseeing the Tech Program. He is a member of the Refrigeration Examining Board and also serves on the Refrigeration Service Committee.

Mike is a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic. He has been on Staff since July, 2000 and a UA Member since 1989. Mike, his wife, and two daughters reside in Seattle.

Director of Organizing/Work Recovery
Brad Moore

Brad's responsibilities include Directing the Organizing Department and running the Local 32 Work Recovery Program. Brad also sits on the Residential Apprentice Committee.

Brad is a Journeyman Specialty Plumber and has 12 years of field experience. He has been on Staff since March, 2001 and a UA Member since 1998.

Organizer
Rodger (Rod) Foster

Rod's primary responsibilities are organizing commercial and residential plumbers and contractors. He has been a plumber since 1984, and a member of Local 32 since 2001.

Rod lives in West Seattle with his wife Sharon, who is a chef. He has a daughter, Shantellie, and two grandchildren, Faith, and Christopher, who live in Port Orchard and a son, Gaylord, who is an IT in the US Navy based out of San Diego, CA.

Office Manager
Patty Gilmore

Patty has been on staff since April, 1999 and is the only secretarial staff member who is also a member of the UA. She came to us from Water District 49, which was organized in 1998. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations of the secretarial staff.

Cheryl Anderson

Cheryl has been on staff since December, 2002. Her primary duties include all dues related transactions, as well as trust report monitoring, web update, and other computer administration. Cheryl resides in Bonney Lake with her husband, Bill, daughter, Nicole, and granddaughter, Alyssa.

Angela Boehlke

Angela has been on staff since April, 2000. She is the Organizing Secretary.

Marilyn Clifton

Marilyn has been on staff since September, 1999. Her responsibility is Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager and as the Bookkeeper for Local 32.

Judi Cunningham

Judi has been on staff since 1991. Her responsibility is to provide secretarial service for our Wenatchee office. Local 32 shares her time with IBEW Local 191. Judi has two sons, Chad and Kent, and four grandkids.

Judy-Jo Tyler

Judy-Jo joined our staff in January, 2001. Her primary function at Local 32 is in the capacity of phone receptionist and general office duties. Judy Jo and her husband, Mark, have two daughters.
