President - The President shall preside over all meetings and conduct the same in conformity with Roberts Rules of Order revised and common sense. He shall have a general supervisory control over all matters pertaining to the welfare of the local Union. The President shall perform all other duties mentioned in the U.A. Constitution or Local 32 Constitution and Bylaws.
